Machelix stated in the past suggestion that the Billycock was offered on the trade, and this threw me off, but what happened was that Machelix was buying unusuals and the billycock was offered, but a price wasn't set for it, then Machelix offered the Private Eye. So technically, overpay will still be needed.

This wasn't your fault. It's a rather weird scenario, and some people would've told you not to apply overpay, and then not, and it got all confusing (I personally didn't understand it all fully straight away.) If you want, I'm happy to close this and let you suggest at 1.8 ^_^
