Fixing the last suggestion

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23514087#latest sold for 27 buds in cash, but b/o of 20. Can't go higher then 20.

Have to agree with this, the previous suggestor used 26 USD for buds price, but buds weren't 26 USD a month ago.

Not sure if it can work out since his cash b/o was at 700$ and cash is a completely different story.

      what are buds at, $33? 700/33 = ~21

It was sold at 27 in cash; there has been just one sale yet and currently you cannot buy this hat any cheaper.

It doesn't matter what his buyout was, the sale counts.

      Downvote I'm afraid.

You're wrong. If he would have accepted 20 buds, why should it be priced higher then that? as well as it's a rule that a b/o is prioritized over a sale.

So, if I offer my one of a kind poisoned shadows tough muff at 1 ref on Outpost and someone pays me 1 bud instead and doesn't put it back on Outpost, it makes the unusual worth 1 ref, right?

Also: Please show me that pricing rule. Who set that?

            pretty bad example, but yes.

Also, I have confirmed it with one of the mods.

Paying more than the b/o in pure is overpay by definition. It's the price of convenience. All hats on the site are the price of hats in pure

"It's the price of convenience" What convenience? Pure is pure. He was looking for pure, he got pure.

And you also allow to raise prices depending on what buyers offer. So I don't see the reason a sale isn't counted as such.

That's like saying ok, if someone trades a key for a TOD for convenience, then tour of duty tickets should be .5 keys, right? No. If the buyer had offered 20 pure, he would have taken 20 pure; so why should this site show that this hat is worth 27 when in reality it is worth less to sellers?

Please show me a seller that is selling this hat at 20 pure right now.

Try looking at the only tf2outpost link on the suggestion... At this point I think you're just a troll. I'm done arguing with you. You're refusing to believe the rules that I not only confirmed, but that a mod just explained to you. Go somewhere else to bother someone.

You linked to a sale that was obviously as confirmed NOT 20 buds.

Since you apparently don't want to check for sellers at the moment; there is only this guy: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23517708

He wants 65 buds for the hat. But you ignore that because it doesn't match the 20 buds you want to suggest for the hat.

Yeah yeah, I know, only sales matter, and not buyouts. But wait. You want to decrease the price because of a buyout even though a sale shows that the current price is correct.

And don't come with that nonsense of "I'm decreasing the price because a lower buyout means that it is available for less" That is only viable for items with higher amount or you would have to make a range of 20-27 buds based on buyout and happened sale.

Pretty nonsense; a range for one pure sale.

Conclusion: We cannot use the buyout or it would totally screw the price over. Unless we base our pricings on buyouts now.

I'm not suggesting an entirely new price... I'm just fixing the suggestion of the last one.
