Many people still sell at 3 ref, but it sells really quickly. Also, there are many quick buyers buying for 2.66 - 3 ref. Which means that they are looking to make profit and they are selling for more then 3 ref.

I'm so bad at pricing :( Should I ressugest at 4 - 4.66? Or any other range?

There are many people selling for more than 3 ref. And as you can see, 3 ref is now an quicksell. I can't maintain 3 ref in the range because it sells really quickly. Also, there are sales that show that the Strange Sniper Rifle can be sold for even for the 3.33 ref.
