Overall your range is too wide, and you haven't provided any proof links. Links to the community market and classifieds are only valid as supporting proof, not main proof; ie. get outpost links.
Dont get me wrong, This needs a bump (i listed one for 4 ref and got 8 adds/offers within 2 hours) but this just isn't the amount of proof that is needed to update the price of an item. Try looking for solds on tf2outpost.com . I recommend using trade.tf . its a big help when finding solds.
SCM may show a rise is inevitable, but you will need actual sales to prove your range :P
Bf.tf classifieds and SCM are only supporting proof, not valid proof by itself. You need sales (plus, range seems too wide).
Needs solds
Checked Trade.tf there are multiple solds/sellers at the current range.
A lowest listing of 8 ref can also mean no one is willing to buy it for that much or more.
