The current owner first offered his buyout in pure, but the seller refused to sell it for his buyout. He just never updated his notes because "insert reason here". He gave him a down payment a couple days before the sale while he gathered the rest of the pure. Feel free to ask either of them.

      As I stated in the suggestion you ignored, the owner wouldn't accept his buyout. He was offered it and rejected it, but he wouldn't update his notes. I spoke to cashew about this and said that if he wouldn't accept his buyout, it isn't a b/o.

      If possible, could maybe do a re-suggestion, with a mini for the Secret YWN, since it's price is 2 years old and has a pretty broad range. But that's just me.
