I could make a suggestion saying my 1 of 1 on the market Spellbound Harmburg was bought by me 15 buds and say "15 buds, no overpay" if this was the actual way of supplying proof.

Even if the sale of the 25 buds pure is legit, he cannot make this suggestion based on 1 sale when there has been another recent valid sale. The sale on September 13th is still somewhat valid. Until I see the sale in November in this proof, a downvote from me.
something involving an ooze mohawk on nov 6th/7th. i think the 13th was the original price on this.
Yeah, it did invovle an Ozze Mohawk. But there are enough sales of the Mohawk to make a mini suggestion and price the Mohawk. I just don't think 1 sale is enough to justify this price.
Also, the original 21 bud price is not quite outdated yet.

I can confirm that Women-tiger bought this from me for 22 buds + 42 keys + 2 BP Expanders. Which is 25.2 buds, rounded to 25. I bought this Nunhood + 13th Hour Das Hazmattenhatten for an Ooze Mohawk + other stuff I forgot. I'm currently away therefore cannot provide any screenshot, I will get around to it, sometime tomorrow. I can also confirm that I have gotten an offer of 24-25 mixed and, again, will get around providing the necessary proof to add to this suggestion.

Other sale shouldn't be used to price this since it was one for a higher tier hat.
