Taken directly from the rules: "As mentioned in the warning at the top of the page, prices can't be changed just because you feel they should be. It is required that you gather evidence that supports your price suggestion in the form of links to trades which are shown to be well-received." In other words, you can't change price because you want to you have to have proof. (Solds, Unsolds)

If you have links to people that have sold an item you use it as proof in classifieds. Typically keys need a lot of proof as they are a currency and are traded more than other items.
