no one's selling at 6 ref or lower.

Is this enough? idk. Only 6 sellers on outpost, 2 don't list a price.

SCM is above 6 ref, the contents inside are always worth more than 6 ref (with the current ref prices). I think this is fine for now.

I'd certainly buy it for 6 ref too.

6 refs buyers does warrant this a raise. Can't really find any successful sales at more than 6 refs. So this should do.
