I am pretty surprised how few there are on Outpost. 3.1 keys might be a bit too quicksale-ish, and thought there is that mass seller, he only has one in stock, and 4 keys definitly has sold the most, so 4 keys flat might be better, but good proof and solid suggestion.
The sales and that mass seller kinda drag it under, 4 keys flat would not be doable.
On the way back up. Tons of these unboxed during Halloween when trade.tf said it came from best crate and same Halloween effects came from any crate.
Now the power unboxers are back to crates 25 and under, so this will rise.

Crate #76. Tons and tons were opened during Halloween. Usually people don't open it that much, as the unusuals are the hated generation 3.
