Giving this a final go, accidentally closed the last one (my bad).

Anyways, I bought this hat for 16 keys, fully aware that it was gifted. Only 2 in (recorded) existence.

'Technically' 0.9-1 = 13-14 keys. Suggested price = 16 keys?

I wasn't sure whether ornot to put it as keys or buds, but since I paid for it with keys, I went with that.
It sold for keys, so price it in keys. This is fine.

Looks good. Thanks for pricing in keys, buds are really unstable at the moment, chances are by the time it got excepted buds would be 2 keys.
