Doesn't matter, they're asking for 4 refined and anything above that isn't selling. Very small market as well.

Usually when people don't bump their trades it indicates that they aren't available.

That still doesn't exclude the fact that they're asking for 4 refined. Now if they were unsolds for 4.33, that would make perfect sense, but this is not the case.
