This is not a concern when lowering the price. If items w/ killstreak or parts can't sell at its clean counterpart price, then clean ones will definitely not sell.

SF Miniguns w/ killstreaks or parts are also available at 15.

Edit: Nvm, I'm dumb

I can put up an item for 10 keys while its just 10 ref . Sellers don't mind unless they quiksell . Quiksells can't be used to raise / drop the price of an item .

Those quicksells are invalid if they are sold. He had proved 16 keys are unsold and now he is dropping to 15 keys so he needs 15 keys sellers.
