don't think quicksells work when the payment isn't pure
But, 2 Pure Sales Above It, Can Be Called A OutLier Regardless I Think.
Its an outlier but an unusual cant be quicksold for another unusual. Quicksells only work for pure.

I Was Misleaded About The QuickSell Part. But BackPack TF Is After "Pure Prices/Sales", 2 Buds Is Pure, While 1.6 Is Not, Don't See Any Point Including 1.6 In Range If They Happen To Be 2 Pure Sales Above It.
