So are you able to round to the nearest bud if it's x.1 or x.9 for the sake of looking nice? I haven't seen this before and I really like the nice numbers but didn't know it was allowed. (Just copying this over from the previous suggestion)

Yes you can round when appropriate. When it's like a 0.2 difference I would just leave it as is.

Probably because it is a clean and rounded range. Also, a range like this would also make it an easier value for traders.
