I was not aware he was a scammer, and, I haven't played TF2 for like 6 months now. I was banned at Outpost for 2 weeks, but that was 8 months ago. Then after a while I became idle.

Though it was my mistake for not researching the hat well enough, but I shouldn't really be banned, moreover a temporary ban.

This is not a quicksale, since it looks like it took a month to sell judging by your other trade. You should edit that part out since quicksales are invalid as proof.
Also did you buy it in the last 2 months? That sale would be valid.
