This is an interesting situation, since in that trade (which was only up for a day) the seller said they were quickselling for 18 keys pure, however their previous trade had a b/o of 2. I believe that since they only had it listed at 18 keys for a day (and the hat was likely traded on a trade server; the person they sold it to doesn’t use outpost much) calling the sale at their original b/o of 2 should be okay.

On an unrelated note, can anyone explain what’s going on with the unusual vests? The effects look really stupid stuck in the middle of the character model, and I would have to assume that valve put them on the unusual drop list on accident (since valve doesn’t seem to playtest or care about tf2 updates much any more), but I have yet to hear anything even half way conclusive about the issue.
