Steam market is still consistently going for $7.50-8.00, which usually would mean a slightly higher key value, but is not inconsistent with either the current price or the proposed price.

*The two extremes of translating a market price to keys:

-2.75 keys purchaseable by the sale ($7.75*0.87/$2.40 = 2.75)

-3.80 keys sold on market to buy ($7.75/($2.40*0.87)

Typically backpack prices fall between these extremes, usually somewhere in the middle, though for some reason genuine items seem to be closer to the low end (which indicates better value for market sales relative to price)

Looks reasonable, and, honestly, 3.1 keys is a terrible price.
