        and I couldn't care less if this rose to others.. But proof for anything above 2.33 seems weak. There's also a ton of sales at 2 ref that i don't think should be excluded. Not to mention I've always found this rather easy to find at 2 ref"

          I was just saying how with a buyer paying that much, it kind of makes sense for it to get a rise.
