That seems like a weird place. Was there a time when hats bought from the Mann Co. Store made uncraftable? Kinda like the weapons.

There was unsolds, but they closed the trades. Do check the market, since you obviously have not. I already have a sale to prove the price i'm suggesting, everybody else is highballing into oblivion.

Actually there's now one at .22 on the classifieds, almost all of the sellers on OP ask for .66, and no sign of solds at .33, so ...
