The price of keys are slowly rising, with the fact that more people are playing tf2 and turning items into ref. There are a set number of bills hat, with only a few new ever month, meaning that as the number of players increases, the hat will become more rare and increase its value. The hat should only rise by a small per month/ year amount because otherwise its value will increase too rapidly making it too expencive.
Lets raise Porsche because it's getting rarer.

YOu cant come to backpack.tf and say "Hey it would be a funny idea to change this price" bp.tf is not meant to determine the price, but to write down the common price. And as long as keys are rising and bills aint falling they are rising as well-
