Sellers getting offers of 2 buds (I've chatted with some & they say they might take them):

Also needs a drop to buds decreasing by many metal (Becuase key inflation is HUGE)

Theres 3 on outpost & 31 in the world. So it shouldn't be raised for rarity compared to a Burning TC or KE
