In pure which people pay the lowest value for the average quicksell is around 3 buds, this should not be confused with actual value.

max's are pretty much considered pure thesedays

When people buy in unusuals/ mixed + sweets i believe people will over pay 1 bud without much hesitation - maybe more

I bought a ge spartan ~ 4.3+ buds for a max a few days ago. proof is in my trading history on outpost.

I could find more sources but i believe this is enough proof to bump up the price of max heads a few keys at the least.

anyone providing sources are welcome

also with the decreasing price of buds and the increasing price of keys, for the moment the price should be increased a touch.

So you are telling me that if there are people selling under current price, it means people will buy it over them? If they are selling under current price and no one seems to buy them, then the current price needs to drop.

there is the possibility that people will sell them under the current price because they want pure fast

alot of those in ur link are lvl 1 and 7 maxs, so dont they sell cheaper cuz of dupes? but besides that theres still a nice amount of clean maxs selling less. Downvote niggggaaa... this is the 1st somewhat constructive thing ive done on bp.tf... rs

Any reason you're doing this...? You need pure sales for a max as some people are willing to pay around 4-4.5 buds for a max in unusuals.

the only reason i am doing this is to try to create a more accurate pricing for an item that is widely traded. the problem from pure sells are that most pure sells are quicksells. and unusuals are a lot of overpay, so i am trying to find the balance between the two.

It already is accurate, having max -> unusual sales will get you nowhere but to a closed suggestion, and a loss of rep. Also, you have 3 things that say "I have been offered..." and 1 actual sale, which again, was unusual overpay.

i am open to discussion. i am only trying to help the community. i pay for my items on steam, i am not trying to make money off this. I am simply stating an opinion based on my own experiences. the reason there was one actual sale was because i collect certain items and am not in the game for profit. the offerings were merely examples based on the prices

How a mod accepts/declines suggestions is based on proof, which you are lacking. I've tried to tell you this nicely, but you don't seem to be willing to accept the fact that you're wrong.

I am not declining what you are telling me, i have not once said "no i am right" or anything along those lines. I am being respectful and considering what you are saying. Because i considered something proof does not make it right or wrong, i posted this to find out what the community thinks, and you have given your response.

Another problem with what you just said is it's not what the community thinks, go look at refined/key/bud suggestions, nobody want's them to go down, but they have to. And, yeah, you are declining what I'm telling you, I've been telling you that you need sales in pure keys/buds to alter the price of a max. By not supplying, or implying that you'll supply them, you're declining what I'm telling you.

i dont see why there should be a difference in trade offers made over steam to sales. a person may not accept an offer because of many reasons.

because offers can be retracted therefore invalid, also, you're using outdated unusuals for your proof

offers can be retracted. but if i had an offer sitting there for a few days and i could decline it or accept it, i consider that the same as a sale. good point about the outdated unusuals. i did not take that into account
