So you're adding ~25% of the estimated price on the gifted to get the value of the clean version of the hat... where did you find that rule exactly?
I doubt that you can price a hat with sales involving only the gifted version of the hat (especially when it's 1 of 2)
When looking at the (retracted/outdated) offers on the clean one : http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21466165 (PE Hallmark ~ 8 buds, DBD DCO + 1 bud ~ 8.75 buds) -> your sales are clearly outliers
Concerning the comment below you deleted, I think you should wait for sales on the clean version the hat before suggesting again on it.
