According to the history of his hat, he might have bought its >3 months ago, so that's an invalid sale when raising a price ;)

But Amen is right, there were some other sales the past 2 months (1 < 11 buds when using outdated prices and overpay, and the other sale involving an Aussie Scattergun/Tomislav/Amby/... which is probably an outlier) so 1 sale isn't enough there

I've bought mine around 4 month ago from a friend :P. I've paid: a really nice spy set (burning mullet + smoking phantom) + 18 keys + s. plasma mirror (pretty misc-hyped time ago) + S. Killstreak F. Grenade (it was worth a bit more) (Building d. + Soldiers k. + Ariborne k.) + TS Bills (Spectral Spectrum Spell) + ~~lots of favors~~. In fact not exactly 12 buds (his b/o was actually higher then 12 buds) lel. Should i involve this sale as a proof? I thought that sales older then 2 months are not valid as proof :O

Sales aren't really that rare, just look at the outpost history of them, they've been flipped a lot of times within the past few months.
