      Downvote your suggest is wrong because

      -Many more than 1 sale happen in the last 3 month, so need more sales than 1

      -Hat is gifted so your sale is invalid (so you cant use your sale in a suggestion)

      -Where come from high end ? 15 keys ? One sale = Flat price

      -You need to apply overpay if paying in items

      -You should read rules & ask some advice at more experienced person before suggesting
