There are no sellers on Outpost or the Classifieds at 1.33! Keep in mind, pretty limited market, two page on Outpost but only about a page are actually valid for one reason or another. Most people are just selling them at 'backpack.tf' price now without saying whether 1.33, 1.66, or 1.55. (These have doubled since last time I raised it thought XD, as people want to sell them for more now that they are more valuable, and people are reselling them off noobs previously selling them for 1.22)

At this point, 1.66 is the most common selling point, and it is hard to get them for less than 1.66
