I know that it can be a rare hat to find that is actually selling or has been sold but in my opinion you need a bit more evidence than just 2. 1 Selling and then an Unsold
This is the whole relevant tf2outpost trades and trade.tf mate. Go counter proof if you believe more evidence is needed.

It can be used, and if you have not realize it was bumped fine 5 days ago. The price suggestion was first posted then.

The 0.66 seller sold his, a range perhaps? Considering the fact that the 0.33 hasn't sold in a week.
But then again he hasn't bumped in a week...
