There are no sellers at 0.66 or in-between to 1.00. I cleaned up the only two trades on OP and there are only two valid trades on bazaar: One rejected an offer of 0.66 and the other rejected my friend request. The outer two vendors are OP don't have the part in their inventories.

Lastly, SCM seems to be in favor of rise: as of 12:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, the part was going for $0.34 which roughly equates to 2.11. Not exactly the suggested price but it supports the raise.

Before you gather your pitchforks and torches and burn me at the stake for price manipulation, please keep in mind that there are barely any sellers and if this suggestion goes through, my backpack value would increase a miniscule amount.
