I know there are a lot of sellers selling for 2 ref, but guess what? They are never SOLD... Because who ever is actually smart knows that there are people out there that sells this octopus looking alike hat for less than 2 REF!!! (perhaps 1.33)

But, they are more often sold at around 1.66, 1.77, 1.88 and 2 ref.

For further information, go check the bp.tf classify. A bunch of these are going for under 2 ref!
