I've had that trade bookmarked for at least 6 months, even though I probably won't be rich enough to repwhore it. I wonder if he'll ever sell?

So I'd advice OP to close this.
I removed it because I had to many trades open and I was going to place it in a trade like my other hats (not on it's own) but I have since reduced my number of trades by a lot, just been to busy/lazy to re-mount it on Outpost.
The asked the seller, and he will be posting here to confirm that it was in fact a discount because he wanted pure. I asked him on his own terms if he truly believed it was a quicksell/discounted, and he confirmed.
I'd like to confirm that I discounted this. The original price (which will remain undisclosed) was based on what people were offering me at the time. After about a year or so of fluctuating offers, lengthy waits, and seemingly endless haggling, I decided to discount it for the convenience of immediate pure buds. I might have been able to get more out of it, but trading is a young man's game.

Well when it resells, the price can be updated.
The back bone of backpack.tf, is there desire to best represent the value of an item. Not the quicksell value of the item or discounted value of an item. The real true sell price. Witch we can't know, until I sell it. Peace is 30, and Logo is 1 of 1, I think we can all agree, 24 is not it's valid price

Ah, the word "Updated" something clicked in my mind and thought you mean accept this, then just update the value of 24 buds, to whatever you sell it for at the time.

Show me proof that this is an outlier and I'll close this. Calling it an outlier doesn't make it one. It's a pure sale and the only recent one. We'll need some sort of basis to close this suggestion, not a gut feeling.
I have to agree with polar for the moment, It's the only sale of this item and 1/1. It honestly looks like Wayne is trying to get away with price manipulation, while suppressing what he paid only to sell it for a substantial profit.
Prove it to be an outlier, even though I'm not sure how that works on a hat that's never been traded. otherwise, UPVOTE
