not long after responding to that I put down some links under the beanie that at the time showed evidence of buyouts around that area. Buds have fluctuated a bit since then though so what I have down could of easily changed since then. Either way the point of the sale to me was to help provide a sale in between the ~4.5 and ~6 sale. So even with a bit of fluctuation it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I don't understand why overpay isn't applied on the sale at 4.5, but I suppose the range won't change much regardless.

As for the issue with the mini, 1 buds hat being outdated will have no effect here. That won't be far from ~1-1.5. And that small change has no impact here.
