Literally the last and only usable sale for this hat: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21874330. Steaming belt + blizz honcho. b/o was 2.5, so it won't matter that the honchos is outdated since, even if the honchos is worth only 1.2 now, that sale value will still be ~2.5.

Also, a b/o of 2.6 currently, so 2.5 flat should be fine.
