My point is, yes, third gen effect, but it's a very popular hat (At least within my circle of Steam friends. "It just fits the engineer, yknow?"

And the effect is one of the nicer ones.

I think that it is seriously underpriced at 1.6 buds (20 keys).

This is my first price suggestion. Please do not spam me on if i did something incorrectly or if you don't quite agree with me. And yes, i have read the rules. No i'm not just doing this to raise the price to sell it, I am genuinely surprised that a hat like this is not more expensive, and there seems to be very few in circulation, including the fact that many third gens have been unboxed recently, and according to Puddington "...have been flooding the market..." This flood seems to include very few of these.

I've seen similarly priced Safe'n'sounds with similarly rated effects, but since that has nothing to do with this Unusual effect, i have't included them.
