Nope, I'm Doing A Suggestion For Purple Energy Barnstormer, Even If They Offered On Other People's Trades. OverPay Still Needs To Be Calculated Unless It's Was Offered.
Karchen is correct, Barnstormer was clearly offered. The person offering the barnstormer is expected to overpay. Technically, it would be reverse overpay, or 4.9 / 0.9 (instead of 4.9 * 0.9), but we don't calculate reverse overpay. Just report it as 4.9.
