I "lost" a win-win bet

Surprisingly small market for non-ks/parts and non-sets

So, 14 key trade has some time on it but most of the market sells for 15 keys, so a range of 14-15 keys for the price

All counter/supportive proof is welcomed

I don't really see why this price is so high, it should be brought down. If I'm wrong, someone tell me...
