The Tower is outdated, so you'll need to do a mini on that first. You do overpay by doing the total prices * 0.9

Granted you have a sale, but now you need another to give a hat a beginning price.

Not if the hat's worth 20+ buds, as it may or may not be depending on how that mini goes :P

fml beams is outdated, that's the only sale I can find in the past month

You don't have to do mini's for minis. The outdated price from mini's don't matter. But, yeah, that would make the sale lower then 20 buds, so you do need another sale for it.

You'll be fine using outdated hats for the mini, we're not nazis about this X3
