Wow. Just 1 drop, and Bills starts dropping like crazy

Because they finally pull their heads out of their asses and realize that getting 4 keys was a miracle and that plenty were available for less. So in a panic, everybody lowers their prices even lower than current to avoid losing too much profit, then people keep going lower and lower and the price drops again until they stop lowering the price, or stop being scared and settle. Cycle over.

Exactly, that's how most items drop. Price gets lowered even one little bit, everyone has to lower their prices to be the cheapest seller, and they end up screwing themselves over because no one buys them.
