3. The B.M.O.C on stats.tf says currently says their are 18,700 copies of this item out of 6,474,694 inventories. And the Max's Severed Head which costs 3.3 buds. Which has 10,712 copies in the world today out of 6,474,694 inventories. It's only about 8,000 less than the B.M.O.C. But more than double the price. It costs at about 40 keys.
