i belive this unusual is higher that this since it's has a gen 1 effect and a very cool looking hat for spy

It's not 43x0.9, but you're not far off. That would give you a fairly large and irrelevant number though. It'd probably be 3.5 x 0.9, which would equal 3.15, rounding to 3.2.

You can do it to keys or buds, either way, you'll get the same number. It's just 90 percent of the price.
