Where do you see that?
Even if you had evidence, people "selling" it at a price doesn't necessarily mean that people are buying it at that price. You need evidence of sales at the price you're suggesting, or people buying (a frankly garbage prize) at 9-9.66 Ref. Come back when you have either of these.
