No, that sale was definitely wrong. Just use the mini I provided, and it'll be fine. Or you can make a new suggestion with the range 6.1 - 6.3 and call the sale with the Nunhood an outlier. The Perculiarty is actually lower than 2.5 (I'm done my suggestion for the Power Surge Peculiarity, and I will post it once I am done with my anger for not getting a Festive Kritzkrieg).

Well, you didn't put overpay on the 6.1 sale, so that's actually (8 * 0.9) - 1.9 = 5.3, I don't think 4.9 is an outlier.
