aren't many beams shako circulating around but most of them want at least 55+ keys in pure.

doesn't seem like it because there are plenty of sellers lower than 11.3 keys for a specialised killstreak big kill

Data mining light has a 6 months old price and is not usable. There has only been one recent sale, so I'd have no issue with pricing this at 4.5 flat.
