It's 2 months old actually, but you can't base one sale to put a range.
I put a range because there was an unsold for over 1 month for 6.
The veil sale really shouldn't be used to price this without more evidence for that value. 10 pure seems high. Even non-gifted hearts veil sell around 10. It looks like he resold for around 9 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24358544. Changing the value on the veil by a buds would make a huge difference here.
Your best bet here would be to update the harvest lid and to use that sale. But really, the best thing would be to wait for more sales.
