Cheapest ones on outpost are selling for 8 ref. The previous suggestion used my trade as an example for 7 ref, which is outdated as of now.

Raising a price requires sold items, not sellers

Yet with only 1 seller it can lower the price... That logic though

You're saying that I could try selling any item for 2 buds, and that would be enough proof to raise the price, but if I'm willing to sell my 2 bud item for 9 keys, that isn't proof that it should drop?

If that one seller is the only proof on the market, its fine enough to reflect the entire market.
