You need SOLDS to raise a price, having sellers is just price manip
edit: you need proof that .05 is a quicksell and .11 is the most common trading point
How would I do that if none were made in the past 24 hours? Or maybe in the past few months.
...But you said that they are being sold everyday, correct? That must mean that you have sold proof.
Saying this might raise suspicion, but I sell weapons for a scrap myself, and I get people asking for it nearly everyday.
Not sure how to get proof out that though.

A simple search of scrap.tf shows they have a good stock, all for 0.05 each. In short, it still goes for its current price.
