Tell the buyer to give you a screenshot of his inventory history. It would help alot.
Except that this is a recent effect, and as such, falls under the rule stating that it needs 2 sales; the burning tc already had an existing price, and is an older effect.
Once again, the rules state that hats with recent effects require 2 sales, meaning that one sale is insufficient; the mods will not accept one sale as enough.
26 keys is what I paid for mine as well. I'll provide a screenshot later.

Two sales. Both for this amount in keys. I'm just going to leave this up for some time to see if another is unboxed and sold
I don't normally like pricing hats in keys. But in this case every single sale for this hat has been in keys. And for the same amount of keys. It's under 2 buds in value, so it shouldn't really matter much.
