Killstreaks are ignored.

BUT they are good for dropping items, in the case where a killstreak item is being sold for backpack price and is unsold, the bonus not selling it shows a price needs to be dropped. Same with paint.

You have no proof supporting your high end. Buyers can't set the price, only support it. Downvote for now, unless you can find solds at 4.33.

If you're looking hard enough and not finding solds at 4.33, then no rise is needed. Two buyers above current price and one sold at a scrap above current price don't indicate that a rise is needed in this case.

Wasn't implying that it was hard to sell above current price (trade.tf price is 4.33) was saying that they original proof does not support the rise. With yours, though, we can pass it now. Thanks.
