I was going to make the range 8-9.5, but with how many buyouts at 9 there are as well as how large of a range that is I figured 8-8.5 would be a more accurate representation

Just some extra proof for you from my recent purchase of one. Effect on the Mongolian was burning (2) + Pro Strange Kritz (Pro accepted as 12 key addition at purchase[about 39 keys or ~2.7 buds]) + Strange Machina plus Strange Boxcar to make that just about a bud (1) + Max's Head (3.3). Total it all up, and it hits right at about 9 buds in mixed. For reference of sheen on the kritzkrieg, and effect on any of the hats, feel free to look at my backpack from January 2nd and earlier. Should be all there.
