Never did SCM proof, if there is something wrong please correct me.
Sold 1 of 1 Bonzo Mongolian for 80 EUR/98$ (sold on 27.12 - today) to Festive Crabpocalypse.
Buds atm. valued at 15.5 keys, so 40 keys without tax and 35 keys after tax makes it 2.3 for low-end and 2.6 high-end.

He is not planing to resell hat and it is 1 of 1. Just a note i declined 2 buds 2 times in first couple days having hat listed on outpost, so this is more realistic than current range.
(I wish I did not quicksell it for 16 keys now...)
16 keys sale is absolute outlier so i just included this one (refused 2 pure offer after couple hours up and one more 2 pure offer after couple days). I can imagine this hurts a little :)

Either way, since you're pricing in buds, you will have to use the bud value. Buds are currently $40 on SCM, 98 / 40 = 2.45 rounded to 2.5 (high end). 98 / 1.15 / 40 = 2.13 rounded to 2.1 (low end). Resuggest and you'll have my upvote.
I will wait for more feedback, it is not huge difference 2.45 vs 2.3 on average compared to current avg value of 1.65. Also buds are rising in value really fast.
If you link me to some obscure rule I didn't know of, I expect you to follow it.
From what i see today we had ton of bud sales in range of 35-38 $ VS flat 40$ you mentioned, when you take that into account i would say its ok and way better than previous range.
If you value buds at $38, the range would be 2.2-2.6.

First of all the sale from the previous accepted suggestion is still within the 2 months limit and by right should be included in the range. However, checking the sales now, they seemed to have been sold rather quickly. Both sold in less than a day.
Now regarding the SCM proof,
Buds on the 27th of december on the SCM range : 35.65 dollars to 38.81 dollars. Taking 37.23 dollars as buds value
Buyer value: 97.93 / 37.23 = ~2.6 buds
Seller value: 97.93 / 1.15 = 85.16. 85.16 / 37.23 = ~2.3 buds
Your suggested range is correct.
Based on the sales provided in the accepted suggestion being sold quickly which isn't long enough to provide a true representation of the value of this hat and this sale being a more recent sale, i am fine with the range.
