Wrong, if someone is willing to buy above the bp.tf price, it shows the demand has increased.

That doesn't mean anything. If someone is buying higher than the actual price, it should rise. What are you suggesting is lowballing. What the proof means is that people are willing to pay more than its current value

After look at all 5 pages on outpost there are like 3 completely clean G.KE's on there (since you cannot use paint/spells on suggestions), 2 of those sellers do not have prices (can prove links if needed) and this one http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24257000 has an overpriced price for it.
Classifieds seem to be the same case, but there is 1 clean seller @5.33

dude, if you want to make 5.66 flat, try to show buyers at 5.33 (a proof that 5.33 is quicksell and 5.66 isnt an outlier)

5.33 is super quicksell. and again, its just my way. d0 in the last suggestion didnt do that :)
